My time at Harrier so far has been wonderful, as I have been able to learn so much since I started in March 2020. I have been shown how a Finance Department runs, and have also been able to work alongside other members of the finance team to complete important task daily so that Harrier can run as a successful company.

I have felt supported in my role and feel like a valued member of the finance team as well as an employee at Harrier. I hope to be able to continue my career in finance with Harrier after my apprenticeship finishes, to learn more and build on my skills that I have acquired from the beginning of my apprenticeship.

I have enjoyed my apprenticeship at harrier I have learned a lot and gained much experience while working and studying, I believe this has increased my knowledge of engineering, being able to implement my studies and what I have learnt at South Devon College into practice during my time at Harrier.

I have been given great opportunities at Harrier while also increasing my level of qualifications that I would not have had performing my studies full time. On top of this I have been paid for my work and have thus gained financial responsibility and knowledge which will serve me well throughout my life.
