We have a dedicated team of Account Managers who work closely with our clients from the very start of their project to fully understand their requirements. Having experience in this marketplace of both online and retail environments, allows us to provide on going support and advice, both strategic and promotional, thereby enabling brands to plan their product strategies with confidence and ultimately help them develop and grow.

We understand the difficulties involved in working with multiple partners so we will develop close working relationships with all other partners to ensure that a customer’s journey is a seamless transaction from start to finish. Setting up regular review and update meetings, both face to face or via conference, particularly in the start up stage so that all partners are fully involved and thereby ensuring the correct decisions can be made together.

We are able to produce weekly and monthly reports detailing agreed KPIs, SLAs and items fulfilled alongside other specified reports including trend analysis and promotional response levels.
